About Me: Hi! I am a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Before this, I worked with Prof. John Augustine as an ANRF NPDF at IIT Madras. I completed my PhD at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata advised by Prof. Anisur Rahaman Molla. I am broadly interested in Distributed Algorithms, with an emphasis on Message Passing and Agent-based Models.
Research Interest: My research interests are in designing and analyzing distributed computing and distributed network algorithms. I am especially interested in studying agent-based models and message-passing models in distributed networks. In the agent-based model, my contributions address problems such as dispersion, leader election, and other graph-related problems, analyzing their round and memory complexity. Meanwhile, in the message-passing model, my research tackles fundamental problems such as leader election, agreement, and distributed computing on external data, evaluating both message and round complexity in fault-tolerant networks.
