About Me: I am Swati Rajput, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, a position I have held since September 2024. Prior to this, I served as a DST Inspire Faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Jodhpur from May 2023 to September 2024. I completed my PhD in Electrical Engineering from IIT Indore in December 2021. Following my PhD, I worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Toronto, Canada, until May 2023. During this period, I was also an advanced user at the Quantum Nanofabrication Centre, University of Waterloo, Canada. My research primarily focuses on optoelectronic devices and Nanophotonics, with significant experience in nanofabrication processes and comprehensive device characterization. My core research interests include silicon photonics, nanofabrication, and semiconductor optoelectronics. I specialize in the design, simulation, and characterization of optoelectronic and nanophotonic devices, integrating advanced fabrication techniques with detailed experimental validation.
