About Me: Prof. Y. M. Asha Latha is an Assistant Professor at Department of Electronics Engineering at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. She worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and Instituto de Telecommunications, Aveiro, Portugal. She received a Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee, India, in 2021. She received M.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, India, in 2015, where she received Gold Medal. She received Student Best Paper Award in MTT-S IMaRC 2019. She received Visvesvaraya Ph.D. fellowship from MietY, Government of India. She was the Early Career Paper Competition finalist in the IEEE/MTT-S IMS 2023. Her research interests include the design of Highly efficient and broadband power amplifiers in GaN MIC and MMIC technologies. She has been a reviewer of several IEEE transactions and conferences and IET journals. Her research has resulted in publications in reputed journals, conferences, and a patent grant.
